Shipping Policy
We use various courier services to send out our products because they are the most practical and effective in their field (Speedpost, Professional). Since the prices of our products are so low and reasonable, we cannot offer free delivery. However, you can monitor your order using the SMS link that our business partner will send you, and we will update the tracking information in your order as soon as the item is shipped. The shipping and return fees are not included in the pricing listed online. Only India is eligible for our service. All places in India where our logistic partner offers service are currently served by our product shipping. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the globe, however only addresses in India can be delivered to. We strive to send orders as quickly as possible, but depending on the location, the majority are delivered in 10 to 15 days. The company must be free to add or remove logistics partner(s) as needed. The business has the authority to revoke the order. The end user cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace the damaged goods if possible, or refund your order in full. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Others
If you do not provide the correct WhatsApp number and PIN code, your order can’t process. In such a situation check your Order Details and contact us within 10 minutes to update you order details. once the courier is dispatched, no address modification is possible. office safe custody order will not convert to Postal/Courier service order by default. If anybody wants this facility, a search and processing fee of Rs. 200 + delivery charges given in site will be applicable. Those who request courier facility need to ensure before ordering that The Professional Courier service is available or not in your area.
