Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized by customer service prior to being sent back. Returns must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. After successful delivery, we won’t accept returns of products like food, candy, and tickets. If an order is not able to track, or no tracking details available after 10 days after the dispatch date, we will process the order again without any payment.
